These Terms of Service ('Terms') constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Helvetii AI GmbH ('Helvetii', 'we', 'us'). By accessing or using our website, APIs, or services (collectively, the 'Services'), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Subject to these Terms, Helvetii grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes.

5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Helvetii does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Helvetii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflict of law provisions.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
