Infrastructure Engineer

The Role

As the first dedicated Infrastructure Engineer at Helvetii, you will influence every aspect of our infrastructure from the ground up. You will architect and scale resilient systems for AI and ML workloads, automate cloud infrastructure, and implement monitoring and incident response practices that set the standard for reliability.

This role requires technical leadership, hands-on systems engineering, and strong collaboration with our founders and product teams as we build a company around reliability, rapid iteration, and high-impact product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain our cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) using Infrastructure as Code.
• Scale our Kubernetes clusters to handle high-throughput document processing workloads.
• Design and implement secure, private deployment options for enterprise clients.
• Build robust CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid and safe deployments.
• Implement comprehensive observability (logging, metrics, tracing) to ensure system health.

Requirements

• Deep experience with public cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Mastery of Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
• Experience scaling stateful and stateless systems.
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and Linux internals.
• Passion for automation and eliminating toil.
